Interactive floorplan

Profile photos
Bookings show each person's photo on the floorplan, so you can sit with your team, find a mentor or plan a catch-up before you get to the office.
Mobile website
Dotdesk works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to install, and the floorplan and grid views both work on a small screen.
Check-in
Turn on check-in and people are reminded to confirm their booking a set number of hours before it starts. The floorplan shows which bookings are still awaiting check-in, so it's clear who's actually coming in.
Approvals
Give people an approver, such as their line manager, and their bookings are emailed to that approver to accept before they are confirmed. Useful for new starters, contractors or teams with a set number of office days.
Single sign-on
Connect your identity provider with SAML single sign-on. Dotdesk works with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta and Google Workspace, so access is controlled centrally and leavers lose access automatically.
Company branding
Upload your company logo and it appears throughout the app, so your team knows they're in the right place.
Your own web address
Your organisation gets its own Dotdesk address, which is easy to bookmark, share in onboarding emails and add to your intranet.
Insights & reporting
Weekly and monthly reports show occupancy trends, your busiest days, most-used spaces and most active people, so decisions about office size and layout are based on data rather than guesswork.
