Can people book a room for part of the day?
Yes. Choose a start and end time for each booking. Clashing bookings for the same room are blocked.
How do we see which rooms are used most?
Dotdesk's Insights reports show your most-used spaces and busiest days, on the Business and Enterprise plans.
How are meeting rooms priced?
Each room counts as one space. The Free plan covers up to 5 spaces, and Business is £4 per space, per month, billed yearly, with unlimited users.
